After graduating with a 2:1 in Applied Biology from the University of Nottingham, James spent the first years of his career working across several pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics sales roles before moving into recruitment in 2007. James then spent the next seven years recruiting within the healthcare communications and consulting arena. In 2014 he moved into Executive Search for Pharma and Biotech, focusing on Senior Commercial and Medical appointments both within the UK and Internationally.

In his spare time, James enjoys watching and playing Rugby.
